UK Sales Specialist (100% Remote)

About EQ Nexus
EQ Nexus partners with law firms across the United Kingdom and the United States by providing dedicated legal support professionals who integrate seamlessly into existing legal teams. Our model enables firms to increase capacity, improve operational efficiency, and scale sustainably while maintaining the highest standards of client service.
As we continue expanding across both the UK and US legal markets, we’re looking for an ambitious UK-based Sales Specialist to help introduce EQ Nexus to law firms and build long-term client relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, highly motivated, and excited by the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with UK law firms.
- Build relationships with Partners, Directors, Practice Managers and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery meetings and present EQ Nexus’s legal support solutions.
- Manage the sales process from initial outreach through to signed client engagement.
- Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
- Attend client meetings and networking events where appropriate to represent EQ Nexus and develop new business opportunities.
- Represent EQ Nexus professionally and in accordance with the company’s values.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activity.

Essential Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in B2B sales, business development or another client-facing commercial role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Strong organisational and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience within legal services, recruitment, outsourcing or another consultative B2B environment (preferred but not essential).
- Is ambitious, energetic and driven to succeed.
- Is motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential.
- Enjoys building relationships and developing new business opportunities.
- Is proactive, organised and takes ownership of their work.
- Wants to grow alongside an ambitious and expanding business.

Compensation
This is an independent contractor, commission-only position.
We offer a highly competitive uncapped commission structure, with earnings directly linked to your performance.
Full details of the commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
Future Opportunity
As EQ Nexus continues to grow, high-performing contractors may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time sales position in the future, subject to individual performance and the business’s operational requirements.
