Role Description
The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Southampton. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting outbound and inbound sales activities, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The Sales Specialist will build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, present B2B Growth Hub’s services, and tailor solutions to meet customer needs. - Conducting client meetings
- Delivering product and service demonstrations

- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience

The role also involves providing feedback to improve sales processes and participating in training and development to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation and confident interpersonal abilities.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in Training or coaching, particularly in supporting clients’ understanding of services and solutions.
- Background in Sales Management or pipeline management, with the ability to track and report on performance metrics.
- Experience in B2B environments or professional services is highly beneficial.
- Comfort using CRM systems and basic productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Ability to work independently on-site in Southampton while collaborating effectively with a wider team.
- Relevant education or training in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
