Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Anandpur Sahib. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify potential clients, present Creat.ix Lab’s digital services, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Conducting outreach calls and meetings
  • Preparing proposals
  • Maintaining accurate sales records
  • Following up with prospects and existing clients to build long-term relationships

The role also involves collaborating with the creative and technical teams to align client needs with suitable solutions, providing product and service explanations, and supporting post-sale onboarding to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
  • Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, ideally within digital or creative services.
  • Training and Sales Management skills to guide new team members, support sales processes, and contribute to sales strategy execution.

Additional beneficial qualifications include:

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
