Sales Specialist (Senior) – Norwich Branch
Frazer, a leading provider of specialist civils, infrastructure and utility products and solutions, is seeking a passionate Senior Sales Specialist to join our Norwich branch as part of Stark UK.

Hours: 7am–5pm, Monday to Friday
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building excellent customer relationships with new and lapsed clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Maximising customer interactions to drive sales and profit targets through upselling, cross-selling, and offering product advice.
- Developing strong connections with suppliers to expand industry knowledge and recognise opportunities.
- Ensuring timely fulfilment of all customer orders.
- Continuously improving customer experience through outlined plans.
- Advising customers on trading terms, conditions, financial matters, and credit levels.
- Supporting company initiatives to align with business goals.
