Sales Specialist – Danish Public Sector
We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Danish Public Sector Sales team. This role involves driving PC sales opportunities through direct engagement with customers and selective business partners while managing tenders, contracts, and compliance in a structured environment.
Ideal for those who thrive in an international organisation, this position offers exposure to diverse stakeholders and global perspectives, fostering strong customer relationships and value-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Progress PC sales opportunities within your assigned territory, in collaboration with colleagues and partners.
- Execute account plans and opportunity strategies aligned with sales targets.
- Apply deep knowledge of Lenovo’s product portfolio to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and calls as part of the broader account team.
- Maintain accurate opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline updates in Lenovo’s systems.
- Support deal progression, including pricing, quotations, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Senior Financial Regulatory Counsel – Lenovo Global Financial Services (LGFS)
Are you an experienced legal specialist who thrives in regulated financial services and wants to make a meaningful strategic impact as the sole dedicated legal advisor within LGFS?
Lenovo Global Financial Services (LGFS) powers some of the world’s most complex technology and AI-driven deployments across regulated markets. We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Regulatory Counsel to drive regulatory alignment, offshore expansion, and transactional excellence across global leasing, asset finance, and cross-border financing activities.
This hybrid role (with ~1 day/month UK-based) carries real ownership, strategic influence, and direct stakeholder collaboration. Permanent, full-time, primarily remotely with occasional travel (≤1x/year).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level regulatory and legal advice to align LGFS’s global operations with commercial goals and enforceable frameworks.
- Lead regulatory assessments and market-entry initiatives for new geographies and scaling existing platforms.
- Act as the primary regulator liaison for inspections, licensing applications, and engagement with supervisory authorities globally.
- Partner with Compliance on AML, KYC, and ABC matters, ensuring regulatory adherence across all markets.
- Collaborate with transactional lawyers to structure, negotiate, and document complex cross-border transactions—including AI and infrastructure financings.
- Identify emerging risks and develop business-aligned mitigations, while contributing to regulatory playbooks, frameworks, and governance policies.
- Shape outcomes in commercial negotiations with customers, financial institutions, and partners.
- Drive knowledge-sharing with the LGFS Legal team through workshops, frameworks, and best-practice documentation.

Required Experience
- Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) in a common-law jurisdiction with ≥12 years post-qualification specialising in financial regulation, asset finance, or structured finance.
- Deep expertise in licensing, conduct regulations, and regulatory change for financial services—or significant experience advising regulated banking/finance entities.
- Experience in OE-backed financial services (e.g., OEM financing captures) or large international financial institutions (e.g., Dell, HPFS, Lombard).
- Hands-on experience with cross-border leasing/asset finance, capable of drafting, negotiating, and advisory in multiple jurisdictions.
- Track record of replacing legacy frameworks, developing master documentation, or enhancing compliance standards.
- Engaged with regulators or supervisory authorities (e.g., licensing applications, inspections), highly preferred.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
