Role Description
The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Colchester. This role involves engaging with customers on the sales floor, providing expert advice on jewelry, watches, and luxury goods, and guiding customers through purchasing decisions. The Sales Specialist will handle product displays, maintain store presentation, process transactions, and support stock management. Daily responsibilities include delivering high standards of customer service, meeting individual and store sales targets, and participating in product training to stay informed about new collections and brand developments. The role also includes collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a welcoming, professional environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proven Customer Service experience in a retail or client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated Sales abilities, including working toward targets and closing sales.
- Experience in Training or a willingness to learn and share product knowledge.
- Basic Sales Management or leadership skills, or the potential to develop these.
- Interest in jewelry, watches, and luxury goods, with an eye for detail and presentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Colchester, including weekends and peak trading periods as needed.
- Reliable, professional, and organized, with good numeracy skills for handling transactions.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or jewelry sales is an advantage but not required.
