Role purpose:
The Sales Specialist covers a key role in the project of transformation of the existing sales development model by:
- Helping to build a digital-first sales engine to accelerate the adoption of telematics and SVR solutions of Vodafone Automotive across the automotive market;
- Being responsible for activating, supporting, and growing dealers (independent and Franchise) remotely, using digital tools such as the Remote Growth Hub, WhatsApp Broadcast Engine, LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
- Tracking the development of the business through advanced management of CRM/Salesforce environment and find further opportunities of growth, penetration and upsell.
Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:
- Coordinate hybrid activation plans with FSMs, provide digital support before and after field visits, share insights on dealer readiness, performance, and potential
- Supports the Onboard and the hybrid activation of new dealers through structured digital sessions, remote product demos, including the SVR experience.
- Maintain accurate dealer segmentation and performance data, prioritize dealers using the Dealer Growth Intelligence System, use Salesforce to manage pipeline, dealer activity, and follow-ups.
- Execute the dealer communication plan across WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn, deliver weekly touchpoints (WhatsApp, CRM, video calls), manage campaigns using the WhatsApp Engine, track engagement and follow up with targeted actions.
- Support dealers in integrating telematics into their digital flows by helping the adoption of shareable configurations and digital content; guide dealers in using digital content (videos, landing pages, product cards)
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Min 3 years in B2B sales, with experience in remote selling, digital engagement, or CRM-driven sales.
- Experience in telematics sector, subscription services or at least with Automotive
- Strong command of Salesforce or similar CRM
- Excellent communication skills (video, phone, WhatsApp, email)
- Ability to manage high-volume dealer interactions
- Strong ability with tools like LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, and content platforms
- Experience with marketing automation or digital content tools
- Proactive, time manager in his/her own job, positive thinking
Must-Have Technical/Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or in one of the following areas: Marketing, Communications, Management / Sales Management

Reward Package:
- Staring from 27K £ (base) + 67% Commission
- Hybrid working (60% smart working, 40% office based)
