Orbix Tech builds autonomous AI systems, technical SEO infrastructure, and automated workflows that help founders and growing businesses remove manual work and focus on core priorities. The team designs, architects, and deploys end-to-end automation using tools such as N8N, Make, and custom AI agents powered by GPT-4o and Claude. Solutions are modular, fully documented, and owned entirely by the client, with no lock-in or opaque systems. Orbix Tech’s expertise spans AI agent integration, large-scale automation pipelines, programmatic SEO engines, technical SEO audits, and custom automation tailored to each client’s technology stack.
Role Description
The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Baku City. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying leads, presenting Orbix Tech’s automation and AI solutions to prospective clients, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact through closing. The Sales Specialist will conduct product demos, respond to client inquiries, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate records in the CRM. They will collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to translate client needs into tailored solutions and support onboarding of new clients. Ongoing responsibilities include nurturing relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing feedback to improve offerings and sales processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills: including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills: to build trust and deliver a high-quality client experience.
- Training and presentation skills: to educate clients and internal teams on solutions and best practices.
- Familiarity with B2B technology or SaaS sales: ideally in AI, automation, or SEO-related services.
- Ability to work on-site in Baku City: manage multiple opportunities, and meet or exceed defined sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales analytics: strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field: or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English: additional languages commonly used in the region are an advantage.
