Job Description Summary Join us in shaping the future of breast surgery! We’re offering an exciting opportunity to progress your career into a Territory Manager, Breast Surgery role covering the South UK and lead the launch of our groundbreaking GalaFLEX® resorbable scaffolds. This brand-new role operates under an incubator model, giving you the freedom to innovate and make a real impact from day one. You’ll work closely with Breast and Plastic Surgeons across public and private sectors, driving adoption of a product that is transforming patient care worldwide. Reporting to the Sales Manager, Breast, EMEA, with a dotted line to the UK Sales Organisation, you’ll be at the forefront of a major product introduction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. About GalaFLEX GalaFLEX is a new generation of resorbable scaffolds that enables tissue regeneration to support breast implants and reinforce breast tissue, intended for reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery. At BD, we’re looking for sales professionals that are not content with the status quo, we are building a sales team that want to win and grow the BD market share to Advance the World of HealthTM. Strong command of SFDC CRM is a core requirement at BD. Sales professionals don’t just use SFDC—they master it. At BD, if it's not in SFDC, it doesn't exist. We expect every sales associate to use SFDC daily and offer world-class support and training to help you succeed. Main responsibilities will include: As part of this product launch, we will operate under an incubator model. You will report to the Sales Manager, Breast, EMEA, with a dotted line to the UK sales organisation. You will be responsible for co-creating and implementing the commercial strategy, including: Identifying key market players (scientific societies, opinion leaders, high potential customers) Defining and implementing an action plan in your territory to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives, with a focus on key accounts Building and nurturing trusted relationships with key accounts Supporting them in the trial and adoption of our products Delivering a high level of service and partnership to ensure customer and patient satisfaction Contributing to the organisation of events (congresses, masterclasses etc.) Participating in product listing processes in the institutions under your responsibility Collaborating and working in synergy with BD colleagues on strategic accounts Conducting competitive intelligence Managing the development of your territory via a CRM (Salesforce), where you will enter information daily (opportunities, contacts, events) Complying with regulations governing the promotion of medical devices About you A successful track record in selling medical equipment in the operating room/surgical setting A growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit to grow your business with a product portfolio offering excellent prospects for improving patient care Strong drive for results and a high degree of accountability Excellent communication, presentation, customer-facing, listening, and collaboration/negotiation skills Ability to think creatively and work autonomously Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM, digital tools, and standard office software Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage) Willingness to travel extensively (80% or more) Salary range for the role: £42,000 - £60,000 + bonus + benefits Click on apply if this sounds like you!
