Description
We are looking for a UK based, full time Senior Sales Lead to support Climate Bonds mission by extending the reach of its services to increase commercial revenue.
Basic Salary: £35,000
OTE of £75,000
Guarantee salary for the first 3 months £75k
Start Date: August 2026
How you'll contribute
- Proactively identify and originate new sales prospects aligned with Climate Bonds’ priorities and commercial service offerings
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective leads across target segments, including banks, asset managers and asset owners
- Engagements should be anchored on advancing prospects and conversations to mature stage of negotiations that can be realistically converted into sales.
- To ensure success, you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of sustainable finance trends, regulatory developments, and evolving market practices.
- Technical understanding should be at the level to be able to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers to position offerings effectively
- Ability to project manage and effectively lead end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach and relationship development to negotiation and deal closure
- Diligently track pipeline performance, maintain accurate reporting on Dynamics

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- The ability to deliver professional and persuasive presentations and build long term client relationships. Strong client servicing, consultative sales, and overall strong commercial skills.
- At least 5+ years of work experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- The ability to work collaboratively across product and sales teams
