Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist (Japanese Speaker) to join our team in London. In this role, you will assist students with accommodation inquiries, recommend suitable housing options, and ensure a smooth and seamless booking process from the Japan Market in the UK.

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth by converting inquiries into bookings, achieving leasing targets, and positioning yourself as a regional expert in student housing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from a pre-qualified customer database, providing prompt and informative responses to convert leads into bookings
  • Research and recommend suitable accommodation options based on students’ preferences, budgets, and requirements
  • Take ownership of your assigned region and develop strong expertise in the local market
  • Guide students through the entire booking process, from initial inquiry to move-in
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing concerns and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Stay updated on market trends, collaborate with vendors, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience of 2 or more years in sales (sales management experience is a plus)
  • Ability to provide training and guidance to sales staff
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Study abroad experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English languages are required for this role
