Sales Specialist (Lab Automation/Liquid Handling) UKI Territory £60-70k basic + commission + benefits
We’re partnering with an exciting innovator to hire a Sales Specialist to cover their UKI territory. This is a high-impact commercial role within a growing company, focused on building pipeline, developing accounts and opening up new accounts.
You’ll take ownership of a strategically important territory, driving sales of an innovative portfolio of instruments, consumables, and services. You'll be selling into pharma, biotech, and academic customers.

Key responsibilities: Drive revenue growth against a realistic target for your geographical region Deliver end-to-end sales processes Build relationships with KOL's and key accounts in your market Collaborate with the wider team to enable the success of company goals Execute a strategy aligned to wider commercial goals
What we’re looking for: 5+ years’ successful sales experience in an area related to lab automation/liquid handling A strong understanding of genomics/molecular biology workflows Proven ability to develop new business and manage long and complex sales cycles Strong communication and collaboration skills coupled with a proactive mindset
