Your mission is to inspire stores to join Too Good To Go and help fight food waste. We’ll give you the training, support, and tools to succeed. What matters most is your energy, curiosity, determination, and humility - not years of experience. Bring the right mindset, and we’ll help you build the skills, it’s down to you to apply all which you learn. About the Role You’ll own your success by managing your pipeline and weekly activity. We provide the foundation, but your ambition, urgency, and drive will determine your results. You will do this by: Being the first point of contact for stores and owning the full sales process (from outreach to closing the deal). You’ll reach out to potential partners to explore how Too Good To Go can support their business. We’ll provide you with a longlist of leads and from there, it’s up to you to prioritise opportunities and guide prospects through the sales journey. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, supporting a smooth onboarding process, and ensuring a seamless handover to the Growth team to set new partners up for success from day one. Key Responsibilities Manage opportunities with SMB, including small retailers and store chains - often involving multiple stakeholders Contact potential partners to understand their needs and show the value we can add. Learn and apply our SNAP sales methodology to effectively engage with a variety of businesses. Guide partners through registration and onboarding on our platform. Own your pipeline, using Salesforce to track and progress your opportunities Collaborate with the Growth team to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding experience from a partner's first day on the platform Take focused steps in your development, with a commitment to continuous improvement. Step 2 – A 30-minute virtual interview with two members of our Sales team. This stage will include a role play exercise, and supporting materials will be provided in advance to help you prepare. Step 3 – A final 75-minute onsite interview. Prior to the meeting, you’ll be asked to complete a short task. During your visit, you’ll also have the opportunity to shadow members of the team and gain further insight into the role Did You Know?
