Sales Specialist Manager
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Compensation: £96,000 per annum + Sales Bonus Plan
Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About the Role
A leading global technology and media company is seeking a highly experienced Sales Specialist Manager to join our Large Enterprise Sales teams. In this role, you will champion our sales efforts in both internal and client-facing environments. Your primary goal will be maximizing sales opportunities and client revenue growth through expert brand positioning, with a heavy emphasis on advanced premium video and social pitching.
You will manage end-to-end client projects, drive product activation activities, educate internal sellers on new betas, and build competitive intelligence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Pitching & Revenue Growth: Craft and deliver cross-functional solutions, advanced video media pitches, and engaging workshops to customers and agencies to achieve core business objectives.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Establish and execute targeted sales and product strategies within specific industry verticals. Align product roadmaps with Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to ensure desired revenue and adoption outcomes.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights. Provide tactical, data-backed recommendations to clients and leadership to drive strategic change.
- Opportunity Identification: Pinpoint emerging revenue and growth opportunities within the market. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to map out investment recommendations and pipeline potential.
- Product Improvement: Relay market feedback and build business cases for internal teams to improve product optimization, workflow, and client service capabilities.
- Best Practice Scaling: Share winning sales strategies, objection handling techniques, and upselling frameworks to elevate account performance across the board.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain credibility with key stakeholders, guiding strategy and providing the necessary input to achieve overarching project goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience: 8–10 years of high-level sales expertise with exceptional pitching capabilities.
- Background: Candidates from leading media agencies (e.g., Communications Planner, Business Director) or major tech/social platform competitors are highly preferred. Note: The focus is strictly on brand and video expertise, rather than performance or search media.
- Specialization: Extensive, proven experience in video sales (Broadcast TV, CTV, or Social Video).
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- Sales and partnership strategy techniques
- Deep industry knowledge, customer research, and analysis
- Data-driven reporting and opportunity/pipeline management
- Exceptional consultative and customer conversation skills
- Situational leadership, persuasion, and influencing skills
- Strong product knowledge and operations management strategy
Work Arrangements
This role operates on a hybrid schedule. You will be required to work from the London office Tuesday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday.
