Business Development Partner – AI SaaS (Commission Only)

Sendblox is an AI-powered communications platform that enables businesses to create truly personalised one-to-one customer communications at scale. Using autonomous AI, Sendblox generates unique emails, messages and content that help organisations build stronger customer relationships, increase engagement and drive sales.
Designed to work alongside existing technology stacks, Sendblox integrates seamlessly with platforms including HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, Airtable and Google Workspace. Rather than replacing your CRM, Sendblox enhances it with intelligent AI automation, providing a smarter way to communicate with customers.
Role Description
We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated sales professionals to help grow Sendblox across SMEs, SMBs and Enterprise organisations.
This is a fully remote, commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential. You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales process from prospecting through to closing, delivering online product demonstrations and building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across SME, SMB and Enterprise markets.
- Prospect, qualify and engage potential customers.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Close new business and support customer onboarding.
- Develop long-term customer relationships.
- Provide market feedback to help shape the future of the platform.

Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confident engaging with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience using CRM platforms is beneficial.
- An interest in AI, SaaS and emerging technologies.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to build long-term success.
