The Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our New Malden store. You will engage with customers, understand their needs and guide them to the right choices. This is a customer-facing, target-driven role where you will play a key part in delivering a great in-store experience.

What You Will Be Doing As a Sales Specialist
Deliver excellent customer service by listening and responding to customer needs Guide customers through products, features and aftercare Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets Maintain high standards across the showroom Process sales accurately using in-store systems Support with stock, deliveries, and general store operations

What We Are Looking For
Previous retail sales experience, ideally in furniture or homeware Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable style Passion for customer service and creating a great experience Organised with good attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays Basic IT skills
