The Role
We are searching for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our Reading store. You will engage directly with customers, deeply understand their needs, and guide them toward the best solutions. This is a customer-facing, targets-driven role, playing a vital part in delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, listening and adapting to individual needs
- Explain products, their features, and aftercare services to customers
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets
- Maintain high showroom standards at all times
- Process sales accurately via in-store POS systems
- Assist with stock coordination, deliveries, and general store operations

Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or homeware
- A confident, friendly, and approachable communication style
- A passion for customer service and creating great experiences
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Availability to work weekends and bank holidays
- Basic IT proficiency
