Job Description: Sales Specialist – Samsung Mobile Location: Milton Keynes - Hybrid This role follows a non‑negotiable 3‑day hybrid working pattern. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Milton Keynes office. About the Job We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Samsung Mobile Sales Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis, supporting growth across Samsung’s mobile portfolio. This is a sales-focused role, where you’ll build and develop your own pipeline, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth across our Samsung Mobile B2B offering. Working with both existing partners and new prospects, the focus is on proactive activity - opening conversations, building relationships, and creating opportunities across our reseller and customer base. You’ll play a key role in positioning Samsung’s mobile solutions, including smartphones, tablets, and Knox, helping partners maximise opportunities and drive growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, developing relationships, and progressing opportunities, rather than simply maintaining accounts. Success will come from a proactive and structured approach, strong pipeline management, and consistent outreach. Core responsibilities: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, identifying and progressing new opportunities across Samsung’s mobile portfolio Deliver against sales targets, driving revenue and margin growth through proactive partner engagement Proactively engage reseller partners through outbound activity, uncovering new opportunities Develop and strengthen key partner relationships, positioning Samsung solutions across their customer base Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities, including accessories, services, and Knox solutions Support partners in progressing new business, providing product and commercial guidance Work closely with Samsung and internal teams to align on sales strategy, campaigns, and growth opportunities To set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience: Experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within a target-driven or fast-paced environment Confidence engaging customers over the phone and via email, with the ability to build relationships and influence buying decisions A proactive, commercial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and follow them through to conversion An interest in technology, particularly mobile devices; knowledge of Samsung products or the wider mobile market would be a strong advantage Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a pipeline and prioritise opportunities effectively Experience using digital tools, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales platforms A collaborative team player who is motivated to support team success while developing their own sales skills and performance What we offer: AXA Health Insurance and Dental Plan Options - available for you and your family through a salary sacrifice scheme Rising holiday allowance at Year 2 and Year 5 Birthday day off Employee Referral Bonus - help us grow our team and get rewarded for introducing great talent.
