Sales Executive (FX & Treasury Solutions)
Location: London (central)
Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £150,000-£200,000+) + Equity Potential

Our client is a fast-growing fintech transforming the way finance teams manage global cash and foreign exchange exposure.
Their platform provides finance teams with a single source of truth by connecting directly to banks and ERP systems, automating workflows that traditionally rely on spreadsheets. The solution delivers real-time cash visibility, FX exposure management, hedging insights and forecasting capabilities. Built for modern finance teams, the platform is quick to deploy, enterprise-grade and designed to scale alongside growing businesses.
Following significant investment and rapid expansion across sales, engineering and compliance, our client is continuing to build its commercial team and is looking to hire multiple ambitious Sales Executives.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for driven sales professionals looking to develop from an outbound SDR-style role into a full 360 sales position.
Successful candidates will join a high-performance team selling an innovative fintech solution to businesses globally, with clear progression opportunities, exposure to founders and the chance to play a key role in a rapidly scaling business.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting (100-300 calls per day).
- Identify and target ideal customer profiles across global markets.
- Build and manage a pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
- Source prospects using platforms including Cognism, ZoomInfo and Lusha.
- Book qualified meetings with prospective clients.
- Develop a strong understanding of FX markets and treasury solutions.
- Work closely with senior leadership during client demonstrations and throughout the sales cycle.
- Contribute to the continued growth of a high-performing sales function.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of minimum one year's experience within FX brokerage or FX Payments sales.
- Experience in an SDR, Business Development or outbound sales role.
- A proven track record of high-volume cold calling.
- Strong resilience, ambition and a genuine desire to build a long-term sales career.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Desirable Experience:
- Additional European language skills.
- Experience selling into finance leaders, CFOs or treasury teams.

Working Environment
