The Role
- Manage and grow hospital accounts across the North East and Scotland
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, theatre teams, ODPs, and procurement
- Support procedures, deliver product demonstrations, and drive both new and existing business
- Hands-on, theatre-based role with full product training provided

Requirements
- 1+ year in surgical sales or a theatre-based clinical role
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
Package
- Base salary: £35k–£50k
- On-target earnings (OTE): £22k uncapped
- Fully expensed hybrid company car
