The Role

  • Manage and grow hospital accounts across the North East and Scotland
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, theatre teams, ODPs, and procurement
  • Support procedures, deliver product demonstrations, and drive both new and existing business
  • Hands-on, theatre-based role with full product training provided

Requirements

  • 1+ year in surgical sales or a theatre-based clinical role
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)

Package

  • Base salary: £35k–£50k
  • On-target earnings (OTE): £22k uncapped
  • Fully expensed hybrid company car
