Company Description
Concept Car Credit is a UK-based vehicle supplier offering tailor-made finance packages through a range of prime and non-status (sub-prime) lenders. The company operates a 14,000 square foot heated showroom in the North West, holding over 50 wholly-owned vehicles and accessing a nationwide network to source nearly any make or model for customers. With more than 7,000 vehicles supplied over the past six years, Concept Car Credit has built a strong base of repeat customers returning for second and third purchases. The business also benefits from a high volume of referrals, reflecting its focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Bolton. The Sales Specialist will welcome and engage customers in the showroom, identify their needs, and guide them through vehicle options and finance packages.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers in the showroom
- Identify customer needs
- Guide customers through vehicle options and finance packages
- Explain product features
- Present suitable finance solutions
- Prepare quotations
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to completion
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales systems
- Follow up on leads and referrals
- Contribute to sales targets and showroom presentation standards
- Collaborate with colleagues in finance and management to ensure a smooth, transparent, and compliant customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and build trust
- Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on delivering a positive, respectful experience
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including closing techniques and the ability to work to targets
- Experience in Training or coaching team members, and familiarity with Sales Management practices is beneficial
- Ability to learn and explain vehicle features and finance products clearly and accurately
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail or showroom environment, including weekends where required
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software for managing sales records
- Prior experience in automotive sales or consumer finance is an advantage but not mandatory
