Sales Strategy Manager
Sales Strategy Manager (CP&ESG)
About the Role
As a Sales Strategy Manager supporting CP&ESG, you’ll independently execute specialised tasks that enhance the efficiency and quality of our revenue operations. Your expertise will drive the optimisation of processes, ensuring our sales teams can deliver outstanding results. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the effectiveness of our revenue operations through meticulous execution and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and improve comprehensive revenue operations projects
- Lead the development and optimisation of sales compensation plans
- Implement and refine advanced sales process methodologies
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales metrics to identify performance trends
- Provide expert guidance on the usage of sales tools and systems
- Oversee business planning, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Ensure data integrity initiatives and compliance
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with senior leadership on sales strategy execution
- Evaluate and recommend new sales technologies and tools
- Support team-wide projects to enhance revenue operations effectiveness

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
Experience
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role
- Demonstrable expertise in advanced sales analysis and business intelligence for Sales Leaders
- Experience leading structured pipeline management and forecasting, using leading and lagging indicators
- Strong ability to craft clear, compelling insights and recommendations for senior sales leadership
- Proven capacity for building automated, database-driven workflows and reducing spreadsheet reliance
- Proficient in Salesforce, Power BI, and sales analytics platforms
- Experience ensuring strong adoption, data integrity, and effective system utilisation
