The Sales Strategy and Planning team is focused on positively improving sales performance, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Sales teams to deliver strategic projects improving the experience of our people and customers.

About The Role

As a Sales Strategy & Planning Executive, you will be owning and leading the planning and implementation of strategic and long-term projects across Public Sector and those within the Performance & Progression strategy.

As Sales Strategy & Planning Exe, you'll be responsible for:

  • Owning the end-to-end delivery of Public Sector Sales Strategy & Performance and Progression strategy through programme and portfolio management
  • Leading high-impact Public Sector and Performance and Progression initiatives across Sales
  • Ensuring appropriate governance and performance measures are in place, supporting intelligent business decision making.
  • Collaborating and aligning with key Public Sector sales stakeholders and senior sales stakeholders to execute priorities.
  • Maintaining cross-functional relationships and stakeholder engagement.
  • Innovating and improving, suggesting relevant improvements where practical to positively impact efficiency and performance – using relevant data to steer decision making

  • Organisation – Effective project and programme management
  • Proactivity and an inquisitive nature
