Sales Supervisor

Location: Weald, TN17 2PN

Hourly Rate: £13.57 plus commission and excellent benefits

Schedule: Permanent, Part-Time, 25 hours per week. Monday to Sunday, typical shifts required are 9am to 2.30pm or 2.30pm-8pm, with 2 days off provided on the weekly rota.

As a Sales Supervisor in our Leisure team, you’ll lead membership sales activity and oversee front of house operations, creating a welcoming environment while driving commercial performance and growth.

This role has a real impact on the local community, helping more people access health and wellbeing facilities while ensuring every customer receives a positive and seamless experience. You’ll play a key part in creating a space where people feel supported, motivated and inspired to lead healthier lives.


What You’ll Do As Sales Supervisor

You’ll be entrusted to:

  • Lead and promote membership sales activity, including generating new leads
  • Meet and exceed membership sales and revenue targets
  • Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to joining and beyond
  • Plan and deliver outreach activity and marketing campaigns using the monthly planner
  • Support and advise management on membership performance and opportunities
  • Line manage the sales and reception teams, including rota planning, recruitment and training
  • Attend seasonal events

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Experience in a sales or customer-focused environment with a strong understanding of service excellence
  • Experience of creating and implementing a marketing plan
  • Good organisational, analytical and IT skills to support reporting and planning
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate others
  • Proven ability to drive results and achieve targets within a team setting
  • A proactive, motivated approach and commitment to delivering positive outcomes
