As a Supervisor, you will work with your management team to implement the ultimate Omnichannel experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service by upholding our Service Promise.

You will inspire our customers to look good and express themselves with the latest fashions through omnichannel channels, matching their style preferences whenever and wherever they choose. Your role involves being an ambassador for the brand, demonstrating the core principle: our customers matter.
Responsibilities
Customer-Focused Accountabilities
- Develop the team to deliver an Omnichannel customer journey within stores, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects a single brand presence, whether in-store or online.
- Coach and develop teammates on Yours At That Door (YATD) techniques, regularly observing and providing feedback to enhance style advice or product recommendations. Foster an environment where customers feel confident experimenting with various styles.
- Actively participate in designing in-store visual journeys, tailoring layout, merchandising, windows, and mannequins to align with the local market and customer preferences.
- Embed the Service Promise (Easy/Smile/Care) and make this philosophy a central part of the in-store experience.
- Capture and act on customer feedback via Voice of the Customer (VOTC) data and notify the Deputy/Store Manager of opportunities to improve customer experiences.
- Support all KIND initiatives (backhauling, carrier bag recycling, waste management) to align with our core values.
- Ensure effective team deployment to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Recognise and celebrate team members for their excellent customer service contributions and amplify these successes across the territory.
- Actively support our charities and communities to create positive local impact where we operate.

- Train teams to maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) procedures.
Growth-Oriented Accountabilities
- Monitor store targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure high-standard activity execution, maximizing conversion opportunities while strategically minimizing markdowns.
- Help the Store Manager achieve strong visual execution, while maintaining efficient and sustainable operational processes, to maximize sales growth.
- Keep teams updated on New Look offerings so they can provide authentic product recommendations, boosting store performance and brand visibility.
- Utilize Omnichannel customer data and local market insights to aid informed decision-making with the Store Manager.
- Confirm that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed by the team to protect the brand’s reputation and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Deputy/Store Manager to achieve profit growth and sales targets, demonstrating proactive financial responsibility.
- Adhere to legal operational compliance, ensuring understanding of team roles and responsibilities is clear.
- Manage payroll within budget and adhere to company guidelines.
