About the Role The Sales Support – Senior Associate plays a critical role in enabling commercial success by supporting Sales and Business Development teams across the full opportunity lifecycle. This role combines commercial operations, client coordination, proposal and SOW management, and data driven reporting to ensure opportunities progress efficiently from initial engagement through to contract signature. The role is highly collaborative and best suited to someone who is organised, commercially aware, confident engaging with clients, and comfortable working with senior internal stakeholders in a fast paced environment. \n

Key Responsibilities Sales & Commercial Support Support Sales and Business Development teams across the full sales lifecycle, from qualification to deal close Coordinate active opportunities, track next steps, and maintain momentum Conduct client follow-ups and outreach on behalf of the sales team Proposal & SOW Management Lead proposal development and coordinate inputs from Sales, Delivery, Legal, and Finance Draft and manage SOWs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and commercial alignment Manage version control, approvals, timelines, and contract execution support Pipeline, CRM & Follow-Ups Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data Track actions, proposals, and SOWs to ensure timely deal progression Support forecasting and pipeline reviews with structured data Data, Reporting & Analysis Produce sales reports, pipeline summaries, and performance dashboards Analyse sales trends to identify risks and opportunities Ensure data accuracy across reporting tools and systems Stakeholder & Process Support Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Delivery, and Marketing teams Identify process improvements to streamline proposals and sales support Support sales onboarding from a systems and process perspective
Qualifications Essential 3+ years proven experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a related role Handson experience drafting and managing SOWs, proposals, or commercial documentation Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar) Strong Excel skills and confidence working with reports, data, and forecasting Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clientfacing interaction Desirable Background in professional services, consulting, financial services, or B2B sales environments Experience coordinating proposals or bids in complex or multistakeholder environments Familiarity with contract approval workflows and commercial governance
