About The Role
Role: Sales Support Location: Runcorn/Hybrid Contract Type: Permanent, Full time Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm Salary: £27,000–£30,000

As part of Restore plc, we help organisations manage their IT assets responsibly, protect data, and deliver efficient services across deployment, management, reuse, recycling, and decommissioning.
We are looking for a Sales Support colleague to join our Partner Sales team in Runcorn. This role will provide essential administration and customer support to the sales function, helping to develop business opportunities, maintain accurate records, and ensure customers receive a professional and responsive service. You will play an important part in supporting sales colleagues, managing smaller opportunities, and helping projects progress smoothly across the business.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administration and sales support to the Partner Sales team
- Act as an alternative point of contact for customers, handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Liaise with customers and internal teams, including Service, Project Delivery, and Operations, to support customer requirements
- Create and send accurate quotations, proposals, and simple scope of works documents
- Process orders in a timely manner and ensure customer job files contain the correct documentation
- Update internal systems and CRM records accurately, maintaining clear records and audit trails
- Support sales colleagues with weekly forecasting, order reconciliation, and reporting activity
- Take ownership of smaller opportunities and projects, ensuring they are progressed effectively and customers are kept informed

About You
- Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administration role
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner and strong relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
- Able to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
