Sales Support Administrator – MAN Trucks & Buses
Location: Swindon
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Swindon. In this critical position, you will manage the entire production lifecycle of MAN Bus, Coach and Van products, ensuring every vehicle follows the correct process from order placement, through build and production stages, right up to final handover and invoicing.
You’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure deadlines are met and customer vehicles are delivered successfully on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the fully integrated lifecycle of MAN vehicles, including:
- Order processing
- Build and production coordination
- Delivery logistics
- Handover procedures
- accurate invoicing
- Adhere to strict internal processes while maintaining strong communication channels across stakeholders
- Ensure timely completion of all production and handover stages to meet customer commitments
- Work closely with teams to prioritise workloads, manage deadlines, and maintain efficiency

Minimum Requirements
You must have: ✔ Experience working within the motor trade industry, preferably in a Sales, Production or Customer Support role ✔ Proven experience managing vehicles through their full production-to-customer lifecycle (or equivalent processes) ✔ Familiarity with industry software such as:
- ESA (Ellis Software Automotive)
- Kerridge (production segments/scheduling)
- SLI (Order Management & ERP Systems) ✔ Strong stakeholder management skills ✔ The ability to organise, prioritise, and deliver work under pressure ✔ Demonstrable timekeeping, detail orientation, and resilience
Preferred (but not essential): ✒ Prior experience working with light commercial vehicles, buses, or trucks rather than just personal cars
