Job Title: Sales Support Administrator

Location: Harrogate

Salary: £32,000 per annum + bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Hybrid Working: 1 day per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Administrator to join a growing international business based in Harrogate. Supporting customers across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to order completion.

This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll work closely with international clients, sales representatives, and internal teams to coordinate quotations, manage customer enquiries, and keep sales projects moving efficiently. Responsibilities Of Sales Support Administrator

  • Act as a key point of contact for international customers, providing professional and responsive support
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate customer enquiries and sales activities through to completion
  • Support bids, tenders, and international sales projects, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Liaise with internal departments to deliver tailored customer solutions
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information within CRM systems
  • Monitor multiple priorities to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in sales support, commercial administration, or a similar coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent relationship building skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
