Sales Support Administrator

Reporting to Senior Account Manager
JOB DETAILS
Responsible for:
- Supporting the Account and Sales Managers
- Responsible for new inbound enquiries and qualifying the lead.
- Carrying credit checks on new accounts and updating the CRM with the information
- Compile sales data into power point for monthly board meetings
- Managing and ordering company merchandise
- Produce individual monthly KPI reports
- Oversee the CRM system to ensure tasks are completed within given time frames
- Working closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and KPI adherence
- Assisting sales teams with proposal development and product/service presentation
- Managing customer databases, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
- Preparing sales reports and analysing sales trends to assist in creating sales strategies
- Handling administrative tasks such as managing sales contracts, filing important documents, and maintaining records
- Providing excellent customer service, answering queries and solving problems
- Supporting the sales team in meeting sales targets
- Organizing and scheduling sales meetings and appointments
- Assisting with sales training and onboarding of new team members
- Organizing corporate events, client visits and catering.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
Experience
- Demonstrable achievements in a similar role within the logistics market with at least 3 years continued experience.
- Sales support/admin background
- Experience of working within a fast paced, high growth logistics environment
Essential Job Skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Advanced level of working with Microsoft Excel
- 3 years continued employment in a sales role
- A proven ability to put the customer’s requirements at the heart of what we do, striving to deliver high quality customer service at all times
- Prepare Sales KPI packs
- Sales results reporting
- Working collaboratively across departments.
- Track record of managing multiple commercial processes (budgets, contract renegotiation, KPI measurement), forecasting precisely, and identifying the solutions we can offer resulting in a positive commercial outcome for Amco and customers

Skills
