Sales Support Advisor
As part of the family-owned, international KNF Group, KNF UK based in Witney, Oxfordshire, we provide technical sales and outstanding customer service for our world-leading range of diaphragm liquid and gas pumps throughout the UK and Ireland.
Job Description
Working closely with our external sales team, the ideal candidate will provide customers with the highest level of customer service and support, assuring prompt and courteous attention to all enquiries, needs, and requests. From the initial customer contact through to quoting, order entry, and the shipping of goods.
The candidate will work regularly with other members of the UK team together with colleagues from our international production centers.
Main Tasks
- Answer incoming customer calls/e-mails/website LiveChat and provide support concerning orders, returns, shipments, and products in a professional manner.
- Works to resolve customer enquiries promptly and accurately in a manner that will retain and promote customer loyalty.
- Support the external sales team, with quoting of parts, spares kits, and standard pumps.
- Receive and enter customer orders.
- Verify information on items, shipping methods, and availability of products.
- Contact customers to advise of shipment delays and information necessary to process orders.
- Provide accurate pricing and delivery information.
- Master the Sales & Distribution SAP transactions.
- Provide cover for warehouse activities when required.

Skills And Experience
- Customer service experience ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with SAP, Salesforce CRM, and MS Office tools preferable.
- Customer-focused with a proven ability to provide consistent high-quality support.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills. Strong telephone etiquette.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and work with various departments and levels.
