Sales Support Advisor

Sales Support Advisor – KNF Neuberger UK Ltd.

As part of the family-owned, international KNF Group, KNF UK—based in Witney, Oxfordshire—is responsible for providing technical sales and outstanding customer service for our world-leading range of diaphragm liquid and gas pumps across the UK and Ireland.


About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Support Advisor to work closely with our external sales team, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service and support. This role involves handling enquiries, processing orders, and coordinating shipments while maintainingstrong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with members of our UK team and international production centres to deliver seamless support from the first customer contact through to order fulfilment.


Main Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls, e-mails, LiveChat and website enquiries with professional, courteous support related to:
    • Orders
    • Returns
    • Shipments
    • Product information
  • Resolve customer enquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring positive experiences that retain and grow customer loyalty
  • Support the external sales team by delivering quotes for parts, spares kits, and standard pumps
  • Process and enter customer orders
  • Verify details on items, shipping methods, and product availability
  • Contact customers regarding shipment delays or order processing updates
  • Provide accurate pricing, delivery timelines, and technical support
  • Operate SAP Sales & Distribution transactions efficiently
  • Provide warehouse support when required

Key Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably within a manufacturing or technology environment
  • Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce CRM, and MS Office tools is highly desirable
  • Exceptional customer focus with a track record of delivering high-quality, consistent support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excelling in telephone etiquette
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and hierarchy levels
