Sales & Customer Support Executive

Tamworth (Office-based, 5 days a week)

£26,000-£30,000 DOE

Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of a growing, award-winning business in the branded merchandise and print industry. They work with a wide range of clients including global brands, delivering creative solutions and building the kind of relationships that keep people coming back. They're expanding and looking for the right person to join a passionate, energetic team.

The Role

When a lead comes in, you own it. From that first enquiry through to the moment the client gets exactly what they need — you're the person making it happen. This isn't about chasing new business or cold outreach. It's about taking inbound enquiries, really understanding what the client is after, and walking them through the process from start to finish with care and clarity.

You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that clients trust to get things right — coordinating internally, keeping things on track, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. And if you've got ambitions to move into a more sales-focused role down the line, this is a business where that pathway genuinely exists.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
