Our Property Tax team works with organisations across multiple sectors to identify savings opportunities and ensure compliance. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our growing Property Tax team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting sales teams, and improving processes that help drive business growth. Please note, this position is based in MediaCity, Manchester, UK. Key Responsibilities: CRM Management Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely data for leads, opportunities, and accounts. Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure all stages of the sales cycle are correctly followed. Validate data quality and ensure compliance with company standards and processes. Sales Process Governance Track and report on deal progression, highlighting bottlenecks or overdue actions. Ensure key documentation (quotes, proposals, contracts) is uploaded and correctly linked to CRM records. Support forecasting accuracy by maintaining up-to-date opportunity information. Reporting & Analytics Generate regular reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales activity metrics. Provide insights and data to Sales Managers to support informed decision-making and performance tracking. Administrative Support Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating internal approvals. Support order processing and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and fulfilment. Education & Experience: Previous experience in sales support, sales operations, CRM administration, or business support roles. Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office tools. Excellent attention to detail and data management skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with sales, finance, and operational teams.
