Team - Digital Business

Working Pattern - Hybrid - 2 days per week in the Vitality Stockport Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:

Proactively outbound dialling Contacting a panel of IFA’s/brokers, completing soft fact finds and effectively objection handling to book in quality introductory calls with Business Consultants, intern contributing to departments APE target & driving the number of new writers. Additionally, managing telephone lines by taking inbound calls and dealing with enquiries effectively or transferring to correct department. Taking a systematic approach managing Business Consultants diaries. Cleansing data via the FCA/Company House websites, data gathering and updating records on CRM systems.

Key Actions

  • Calling advisers, completing soft Fact finds.
  • Driving number of contacts & number of quality appointments booked.
  • Answering Inbound calls - dealing with enquiries effectively and efficiently.
  • Proactive outbound telephone contacts.
  • Ability to listen and overcome objections.
  • Cleansing data, updating contacts, utilising FCA register and Companies House.
  • Effective record keeping, updating CRM systems.
  • Working to targets & KPI’s.
