Are you currently working in Internal Sales, Sales Support or Account Management within an MSP, IT Reseller, Distributor or Technology business?
I'm working with a leading UK Managed Service Provider that's looking to add an Internal Account Manager / Sales Support professional to its growing commercial team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships while supporting the sales process from quotation through to order completion.
The Role
You'll manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, becoming their day-to-day point of contact while supporting the wider Account Management team.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing existing customer relationships
- Preparing quotations and proposals
- Obtaining pricing from vendors and distributors
- Processing customer orders
- Supporting renewals and identifying growth opportunities
- Working closely with Procurement, Finance, Service Delivery and External Account Managers
- Maintaining CRM records and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support or Account Management
- Experience working within an MSP, IT Reseller, Distributor or Technology business
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail
- Experience producing quotations, processing orders and supporting customer accounts
