Sales Support Coordinator

The Role

Are you ready to be a key player in driving sales success? As a Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll play an integral role, supporting our Retail team, ensuring smooth operations from quoting through to order fulfilment and fostering positive relationships both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quoting – Ensure that all quotes are acknowledged and actioned in a timely manner. This will involve coordinating with transport, fleet and operations.
  • Customer Communication – Proactive phone calls and emails to customers collecting and providing important information to guarantee a seamless customer experience and recording all information on CRM.
  • Support and Organise – Provide essential administrative support to our sales teams, requiring a high level of accuracy to ensure all details are correct for smooth processing.
  • Streamline – Coordinate post-sales information, making sure the data is captured for seamless follow-up and work closely with internal departments to ensure processes are efficient and correct.
  • Reporting – Utilising dashboards to ensure all orders are processed quickly and effectively and all parties are kept up to date.
  • Be Proactive – Tackle any queries or concerns with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, whether via email or phone - putting the needs of the customer at the fore.
  • Adapt – Take on additional tasks and special projects as they arise, contributing to a variety of initiatives that help our business thrive and contribute to your overall growth and development.

Essential Skills & Experience:

If you're passionate about contributing to a fast-paced, global environment, we'd love to hear from you – we’re open to applications from all levels of experience including recent Graduates!

  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role within a fast-moving, high-energy environment is ideal but not essential. Attitude is key to success with this role!
  • Educated to degree level, or alternatively hold a mix of relevant work experience and qualifications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at juggling multiple tasks, ensuring priorities are met and nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Be comfortable acting on your own initiative, solving problems before they arise, and actively support your team to drive outstanding results.
  • Comfortable with technology and have a solid understanding of Excel, Word and Powerpoint – you know your way around these tools to get things done efficiently
  • Laser focused on details, keeping everything in order, ensuring no task is overlooked and deadlines are met.
  • Strong communicator; clear, self-assured, and professional – both written and verbal with a confident, articulate phone manner.
