Sales Support Coordinator

Hybrid - Manchester

Why this role matters

This is a hands-on role at the centre of Bytes’ sales engine. You’ll be trusted to keep deals moving, customers informed and service levels high, while building the kind of commercial understanding that sets you up for a strong career in tech sales.

Mission

To enable the sales team to perform at pace by owning the detail behind the deal. You’ll bring structure, accuracy and responsiveness so customers get a consistent, high-quality experience every time.

What you’ll deliver in your first 6–12 months

  • Respond quickly and confidently to customer queries, consistently hitting service level targets
  • Keep opportunities moving by managing quotes, orders and renewals with accuracy
  • Build strong working relationships with Account Managers, vendors and customers
  • Turn licensing requests into clear, commercial options that customers can act on
  • Maintain clean, reliable CRM data that supports forecasting and planning
  • Ensure contracts, approvals and processes are completed correctly and on time
  • Spot and help unlock incremental revenue opportunities through day-to-day customer contact

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail across multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Clear, confident communication with both customers and internal teams
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently while collaborating across functions
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in how deals are structured and won
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills and comfort working with CRM systems
