Our Vacancy
Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our Head of Sales Operations, ensuring compliance, maintaining high-quality administration, and delivering a seamless customer journey from first enquiry through to completion.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, live chat.
- Act as the first point of contact for sales enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses within service targets.
- Build strong knowledge of our new build and resale properties to confidently support customers.
- Contact prospective buyers to arrange viewings and gather post-viewing feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage data with precision.
- Complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks in line with regulatory and company requirements.
- Carry out compliance and audit spot-checks across a range of sales products, helping minimise risk and maintain high standards.
- Set up and update tenancy and customer accounts following sales completions.
- Manage post-completion reporting, including uploading customer information to government databases.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and support the successful delivery of sales and income objectives.

What You'll Need
- Experience within affordable housing, shared ownership, new build sales, or a related property sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales compliance requirements, including AML processes and low-cost home ownership schemes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach, with confidence working within regulated processes while adapting to changing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong administration and data management skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively to identify and resolve issues.
