This hands-on role sits at the heart of Bytes’ sales engine. You’ll drive deals forward, deliver excellent customer service, and build critical commercial expertise that opens doors to a thriving tech sales career.
Mission: Support the sales team by ensuring deals stay on track through meticulous attention to detail. Your role is to create consistency, responsiveness, and personalisation in how Bytes engages with customers.
What You’ll Deliver in Your First 6–12 Months
- Respond to customer queries quickly and confidently, consistently meeting service-level targets
- Manage quotes, orders and renewals with precision, keeping deals progressing efficiently
- Develop strong internal partnerships with Account Managers, vendors and customers
- Simplify licensing options into clear commercial proposals actionable by customers
- Keep CRM data reliable and up-to-date, ensuring seamless forecasting and planning
- Ensure contracts, approvals and processes are completed accurately and on time
- Spot incremental revenue opportunities through day-to-day customer interactions

Requirements to Succeed
- Proven customer service experience in high-pressure, fast-moving settings
- Strong organisation with an eye for detail to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
- Clear, confident communication across teams and customers
- Ability to take ownership independently while collaborating across departments
- A commercial mindset and curiosity about how deals are structured and won
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with familiarity in CRM systems
