About Us

Technology Powered Services (TPS) is a fast-growing, privately owned infrastructure and technology business. Debt-free and financially independent, we design, install and support complex connectivity and infrastructure projects for enterprise customers and channel partners nationwide.

Our portfolio spans Wi-Fi 6/7, LAN, structured cabling, fibre optic, private cellular, smart hands services, planned and reactive maintenance, AV, IP CCTV, EV charging and sustainability services.

Our mission is to empower partners and enterprise customers by delivering complex infrastructure projects with unparalleled speed, precision and technical expertise.

The Role

Sitting at the heart of our sales function, you will be a key point of contact for existing customers and channel partners, turning opportunities into accurate, timely quotes and helping to drive revenue in our channel-first business. You will work closely with our partners, Estimators and senior commercial team. You will:

  • Act as a key point of sales contact for existing customers, providing a responsive and professional service
  • Work closely with channel partners and their sales teams, and support the onboarding of new partners
  • Produce accurate quotes for non-complex work and support the Estimators on more complex opportunities
  • Ensure partners provide the right information to allow us to quote accurately and on time
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell and new opportunities across the TPS portfolio
  • Proactively follow up on all opportunities and maintain an accurate pipeline in our CRM

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
