Sales Support Executive

Sales Support Executive

Location: Office-based in Thame, Oxfordshire

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

You’ll provide crucial administrative support to our Sales Team, ensuring customer records are up to date, sales documents are polished, and day-to-day operations run seamlessly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative & Data Support:
    • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
    • Prepare sales documents, presentations, and reports
    • Conduct research on prospective companies and market opportunities

  • Sales & Operational Assistance:

    • Support lead generation and marketing communications
    • Coordinate diary management, appointments, and office admin
    • Assist in sales logistics and ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Training & Development:

    • Receive full training on the Logisnext Sales Process

Requirements

Essential

  • Organised, reliable, and detail-focused mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., SuperOffice)
  • Prior roles in administration, sales support, or office-based environments
  • Familiarity with a business-to-business (B2B) setting
