Company Description
VCHRGD is one of the UK's fastest-growing EV charging manufacturers, supplying installers, wholesalers, energy companies and strategic partners with reliable, connected EV charging solutions. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Sales Support Executive to become the operational backbone of our commercial team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, solving problems and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You'll work closely with our Commercial Director and Head of Partnerships to support new business activity and help deliver an outstanding experience for our partners and customers.
Role Description
You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our sales team, managing quotes, processing orders, maintaining CRM records, coordinating customer and partner enquiries, and ensuring opportunities continue moving through the pipeline.
This isn't a hard sales role. Instead, you'll help our commercial team operate efficiently by making sure every detail is accurate and every customer receives a professional experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Sales & Order Support
- Prepare accurate quotations using approved pricing and products
- Process customer and partner orders from quote through to fulfilment
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance and Customer Support to ensure orders progress smoothly
- Track orders and keep customers updated throughout the process
Customer & Partner Support
- Be a friendly first point of contact for customer and partner enquiries
- Respond to pricing, order status and account queries
- Ensure enquiries are acknowledged promptly and directed to the right teams when required
- Maintain excellent communication throughout the customer journey

CRM & Administration
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records
- Keep CRM data clean and up to date
- Track follow-up actions and ensure opportunities continue progressing
- Support the commercial team with meeting preparation and sales administration
Reporting & Coordination
- Produce regular reports on quotes, orders and sales activity
- Monitor outstanding quotations and proactively follow them up
- Help coordinate partner onboarding and launch administration
- Support the wider commercial team with day-to-day organisation and planning
Process Improvement
- Help improve sales processes as the business grows
- Create templates, checklists and documentation that improve consistency
- Identify opportunities to make the customer experience smoother and more efficient
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and enjoys supporting a busy commercial team.
You'll ideally have:
- 1-3 years' experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Support or a similar commercial role
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar)
- Confidence managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- The ability to work collaboratively across different teams

- Customers and partners receive timely, professional communication

- Commercial processes continue to improve as VCHRGD grows
