Sales Support Executive

Sales Support Executive Location: Thame, Oxfordshire Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum (FTE) Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (no weekend work)


About the Role

Are you looking for a steady, office-based role with a great team? We’re hiring an organised, dependable Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team.

Your Key Responsibilities

You’ll provide essential administrative support to our Sales Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your core tasks will include:

  • Updating customer information in CRM systems (familiarity with SuperOffice would be helpful).
  • Formatting and editing sales documents and presentations for visibility.
  • Researching prospective companies and market opportunities.
  • Preparing company profiles and sales collateral.
  • Managing email correspondence, diaries, and appointments.
  • Supporting lead generation, ad-hoc projects, and marketing communication efforts.
  • Contributing to sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Full training provided on Logisnext’s Sales Process.

What We Look For

Essential:

  • A strong sense of organisation, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Outlook & Teams).
  • Good communication with colleagues and clients.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Must enjoy working as part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Desirable (Not Required, But Helpful):

  • Previous experience with a CRM system (e.g., SuperOffice).
  • Background in administration, sales support, or office-based roles.
  • Familiarity with a business-to-business (B2B) environment.

Experience is welcome, but attitude, adaptability, and reliability are what truly matter.
