Sales Support Executive
Warrington | 12-Month Maternity Cover | Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Are you an organised and detail-focused professional with experience in asset finance or financial services? We're working with a well-established lender looking for a Payouts Executive to join their friendly operations team on a 12-month maternity contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive business where you'll play a key role in ensuring finance agreements are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering an excellent experience for customers, brokers, and suppliers.

Duties and Responsibilities of the role:
- Processing and activating asset finance agreements accurately and efficiently
- Managing payout administration and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Carrying out verification calls and responding to customer and broker enquiries
- Liaising with Underwriting and Sales Support teams to keep applications progressing smoothly
- Maintaining accurate records and system updates
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer service.
Skills and Experience Required:

- Previous experience within Asset Finance, particularly within Payouts, Sales Support, or Operations
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email
- The ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Experience using CRM systems would be an advantage.
