Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Sales Performance & Reporting Manager to support its commercial sales function on a part-time, permanent basis.

This role will be responsible for transforming complex sales and operational data into meaningful reporting, business insight, and practical recommendations. You will develop intuitive dashboards, monitor performance trends, and help stakeholders make informed commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Excel-based reports using advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data-analysis techniques.
  • Consolidate information from multiple data sources into accurate and accessible reporting tools.
  • Provide meaningful business insight and data-driven recommendations to support commercial decision-making.
  • Act as the first point of contact for dealer, regional, and area performance queries.

  • Highlight areas for improvement and support the development of appropriate actions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team and associated business functions.
  • Improve data-management, reporting, and analytical capability through the adoption of new technology.
  • Explore opportunities to use automation and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and reporting quality.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Manage multiple reporting priorities while meeting agreed deadlines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
