Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles (VWCV) are recruiting for a Sales Support Manager on a part-time (23.5 hours), permanent basis, across 5 days.
This role requires a proactive and analytical sales support manager to join the team. You will play a pivotal part in supporting the sales function by providing meaningful performance reporting, business insight, and data-driven recommendations that help drive commercial success.
What you will be doing:
- Working with multiple data sources, you will develop and maintain intuitive Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reporting that enable stakeholders to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.
- You will be the first point of contact for dealer and area performance queries, ensuring colleagues have access to accurate, timely, and actionable information.
- Monitor key sales and operational KPIs, highlighting risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Working with colleagues across the wider team, brand, and group to make a step change in our data management and reporting capability using new technology.

Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
- Strong Power BI coding skills with experience designing interactive dashboards.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, Power Query, formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience working with multiple data sources and consolidating complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain data and insights to a range of stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with leveraging new technologies to drive efficiencies including AI.
