Full-Time Sales Support - Industrial/Customer Service
Salary/Rate: £27,000 per annum Excellence: In-house training programme and future prospects (95% promoted internally) Location: Milton Keynes
Overview
Working as a Full-Time Sales Support role, you must have a strong interest in sales and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. This is an entry-level position offering assistance to our customers from our Milton Keynes branch (Unit 1, The IO Centre, Fingle Drive, Stonebridge). A fantastic opportunity for those aiming to build a long-term career and advance into managerial or senior sales roles.
We seek approachable, versatile supply chain support professionals who excel under pressure and provide exceptional customer service. You would also contribute to warehouse operations simultaneously.
Critical Requirement:
Full, valid UK driving licence (company van provided for operations).

Key Responsibilities
Customer Services
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and identify/evaluate customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and provide timely updates
- Conduct stock purchases and general point-of-sale (POS) operations
- Collaborate with colleagues while maintaining communication workflows
- Support the replenishment of industrial vending machines on customer sites
Advantage: IT skills helpful.
Warehouse Operations
- Picking, packing, receiving, and cycle counting of inventory
- Organise shipping processes and processing goods upon arrival
- Handle general warehouse logistics Bonus: Forklift licence preferred (obtainable on-the-job).
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
