Full-Time Sales Support – Entry Level Role

Salary: £27,000 annum Location: Milton Keynes


About the Role

Fಇbuilding a long-term career with one of the world’s largest companies, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Representative to assist our customers, handle warehouse operations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This entry-level role offers: ✔ Excellent training & career progression (over 95% of employees are promoted internally) ✔ Hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and warehouse operations ✔ An opportunity to grow into a managerial or senior sales role


Key Responsibilities

Your role will span customer service, sales assistance, and warehouse operations. Key tasks include:

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Handling incoming calls & emails, assessing customer needs, and ensuring satisfaction
  • Communicating with colleagues, updating customers on orders, and managing POS (point of sale) operations
  • Assisting with stock purchasing and replenishing industrial vending machines on-site
  • IT skills are a plus (experience with databases or CRM helpful)

Warehouse Operations

  • Picking, packing, receiving, and cycle counting inventory
  • Processing goods in/out, managing shipping, and general warehouse tasks
  • Forklift licence certification would be beneficial (can be obtained on-the-job)

Full UK driving licence required (company van provided for duties).


Requirements

  • No prior experience needed – this is a great starting point for a career in:
    • Supply chain & logistics
    • Sales & customer service
    • Warehouse operations
  • Strong customer service skills, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Bonus: Experience in warehouse/customer service will help you hit the ground running.


Working Hours

  • Mon–Thu: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Fri: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
