Flow Europe GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Flow International Corporation, Kent/Seattle (USA) and has own subsidiaries in Italy, Spain, France, UK and Czech Republic. The headquarter of Flow Europe is in Germany.

As an international company with more than 50 years of experience and more than 15.000 installed waterjet and abrasive waterjet systems Flow is the world leader in development, manufacture and sales of ultrahigh- pressure (UHP) waterjet technology.

We are looking for the following person in our Hinckley Office (UK): SALES SUPPORT PART-TIME (m/w/d)

Main Tasks

General office support to Business Manager, Sales team, Technical Service and Aftermarket Customer Service. Responsible for tracking payments of systems sold, in coordination with Sales. Assisting sales team establishing the first contact with customers. General customers management. Answer day to day telephone and digital inquiries for general issues. Responsible for C lead contact management. Manage Flow UK actual AX Dynamics and lead input to Microsoft 365 CRM system. Organization and coordination of Tradeshows, including hotel bookings and local placements. Order processing and quotation preparation, contracts and other documents. Local Health & Safety liaison with HR Manager including RAMS for colleagues. Arrange, monitor and control company car Fleet. Maintain facilities and utilities contracts with vendors. General coordination with other European Regions. Process invoices, vendor payments and VAT control.

Your Profile

Ability to work in a team and very good communication skills. Confident and pleasant telephone manner. Completed qualification in a business-related subject, e.g. vocational training or university degree. At least 3 years of commercial experience such as office administration, customer service, etc. in an international business environment. Fluent English (verbal and written), any other European language is an advantage. Good, comprehensive knowledge of MS Office suite. Customer and solution-oriented working style and flexible mindset. Positive attitude and teamwork skills used to work in both a local and international environment. High quality standards and quality awareness. Must have correct documentation for working in the UK. Ability to travel within Europe (twice a year).
